AutoLKT is an AI-powered marketing content generator that creates social media captions, blog posts, email campaigns, and marketing strategies. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze your website and generate personalized content.

What We Provide:

• AI-generated marketing content (social posts, blogs, emails)
• 30-day marketing plans and content calendars
• Content organization and history
• Multiple tone and style variations

What We Don't Provide:

• Visual content (images, graphics, videos)
• Guaranteed results or performance metrics
• Legal review of generated content
• Copyright verification of outputs

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

AutoLKT uses artificial intelligence to generate marketing content. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content has limitations:

User Responsibilities:

• You must review all AI-generated content before publishing
• You are responsible for verifying factual accuracy
• You must ensure content complies with your industry regulations
• You are responsible for checking that content doesn't infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property

Company Liability:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content
• We are not responsible for any claims, damages, losses, or legal issues arising from your use of generated content
• We do not warrant that AI-generated content is free from errors, bias, or inappropriate material
• Users use all generated content at their own risk

No Warranty: AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use AutoLKT to:

• Generate content that violates any laws or regulations
• Create misleading, false, or deceptive marketing materials
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or hateful
• Create spam or unsolicited commercial communications
• Violate social media platform terms of service
• Generate content for illegal products or services
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

These terms apply exclusively to AutoLKT, the AI-powered marketing content platform at autolkt.com. LKT Prosperity Partners operates other products and services (including HR document templates) which are governed by their own separate terms. If you are looking for terms related to any other LKT product, those are available on the relevant product pages.

6. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Available Plans (billed monthly):

• Starter: $39 per month — 1 website, core content generation
• Pro: $79 per month — up to 3 websites, all Starter features
• Elite: $149 per month — unlimited websites, blog posts, and email campaigns

Billing Terms:

• All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You authorise us to charge your payment method on your renewal date each month

Usage Limits:

• Marketing Plans: 1 per website per month (all tiers)
• Blog Posts: 4 per website per month (Elite only)
• Email Campaigns: 1 per website per month (Elite only)
• Content Generation: 3 per day (Starter), unlimited (Pro and Elite)

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Founding member pricing locked in at signup will not increase for the lifetime of your active subscription.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms:

• Cancel before day 8 of your trial and you are not charged at all
• After your first charge, cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
• You retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period
• No prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period
• You may reactivate your account at any time by subscribing again

Refunds:

• Cancel before day 8: no charge, no refund needed
• After your first charge has been processed: payments are non-refundable
• If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review it

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Generated Content:

• You own the AI-generated content created for your account
• We do not claim ownership of outputs generated specifically for you
• However, similar content may be generated for other users
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use generated content commercially

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• LKT Prosperity Partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid in the past 12 months

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
