48-Hour Money-Back Guarantee
New customers may request a full refund within 48 hours of their first payment. This gives you time to try AutoLKT and ensure it's the right fit for your business.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 48-hour guarantee period:
- Email us at support@lktprosperitypartners.com
- Include your account email address
- Include your reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and will appear in your original payment method.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the 48-hour money-back guarantee:
- You must be a new customer (first-time subscriber)
- Refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of your first payment
- You must email support@lktprosperitypartners.com directly
After 48 Hours
Important: After the 48-hour guarantee period ends, we do not offer refunds for:
- Partial months of service
- Unused portions of subscription periods
- Past billing cycles
However, exceptional refunds may be granted at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for the remaining days in the current period (after 48-hour guarantee)
- You can reactivate anytime by subscribing again
How to Cancel: You have two easy options:
- Option 1 - Use the "Manage" button on the website: Log in to your AutoLKT dashboard, click the "Manage" button at the top of the page, and cancel instantly through our secure Stripe portal
- Option 2 - Email us: Send an email to support@lktprosperitypartners.com and we'll cancel your subscription for you

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
- Unused portions of subscription periods (after 7-day guarantee)
- Past billing cycles
- Subscription renewals (you should cancel before renewal if you don't want to continue)
Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan (Elite → Pro or Pro → Starter):
- The downgrade takes effect at your next billing cycle
- No partial refunds for the current billing period
- You retain access to higher-tier features until the current period ends
Failed Payments
If your payment method fails:
- We will attempt to charge your card multiple times
- You will receive email notifications
- Your account may be suspended after repeated failures
- Update your payment method in the Stripe customer portal
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us at support@lktprosperitypartners.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank.
We're committed to resolving any billing issues quickly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate account termination
- Loss of all generated content and data
- No access to future services
